I am so glad you found your way here. My name is Aisha, and I am the founder and practitioner behind Sky Hypnosis. I work with people in the Springfield, Virginia area and online who are ready for something to actually shift - not just another coping strategy, but a real, felt change in how they move through their days.
Whether you have been struggling with anxiety that will not let up, chronic pain that nobody seems to fully understand, or something more private that you have never felt safe enough to talk about - you belong here. My Story
I did not take a straight path to this work. For a long time, I was the person sitting where you might be sitting now - overwhelmed, exhausted, and quietly wondering if anything would ever really help.
Anxiety had been with me for most of my life. It shaped how I felt in my body, how I made decisions, and how safe I felt in everyday situations. I also lived with chronic pain that never fully went away, no matter what I tried. I went through doctors, treatments, medications, and countless approaches that promised relief but never truly reached the root of what I was experiencing.
I know what it feels like to keep trying - and to feel disappointed again and again.
When I finally tried hypnosis, I was skeptical. I did not expect much. But something happened in that first session that I had never experienced before - my nervous system actually settled. Not because I forced it or talked myself into feeling better, but because something deeper was finally being addressed. It was quiet. It was gentle. And it changed the entire direction of my life.
From there, everything began to change.
Through hypnosis and self-hypnosis, I was able to overcome a lifelong needle phobia, release patterns that had kept me stuck, and begin managing my chronic pain in a way that felt empowering instead of defeating. I also used these techniques to break habits that I had struggled with for years - not through willpower, but by working with my mind instead of against it.
Like many people, I have also had to work through deeply personal experiences - including emotional challenges, societal expectations, and areas of life where I once felt restricted or disconnected from myself. Through this work, I have come to a place of greater confidence, freedom, and self-trust.
That journey is not something I read in a book. It is something I lived.
That is why I approach this work differently.
I do not see you as a case or a condition. I see you as a whole person - someone who deserves to feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, habits, or something more personal, I meet you exactly where you are.
I founded Sky Hypnosis in Northern Virginia to create a space that feels different. A space where you can be yourself, be accepted, be seen, be heard, become empowered and soar!
While based in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., area, I primarily work online with clients across the U.S. and internationally, allowing them to receive this work safely and comfortably from anywhere in the world.
What keeps me in this work are the moments of real change - the client who finally sleeps through the night, the person who lets go of something they have carried for years, the quiet shift where life starts to feel lighter again.
I have seen what is possible - because I have lived it myself.

Qualifications & Training
Your well-being is supported through formal hypnosis certification, ongoing professional development, and specialized training in anxiety, phobias, and habit change.
Certified Hypnosis Practitioner (CHt)
Certified in Integrative Hypnosis 2.0 and Coaching the Unconscious Mind through Melissa Tiers, with additional hypnosis training through Stephen Barnes and foundational certification through Udemy-based programs.
Continuing Education
Ongoing advanced training through workshops, conferences, and professional study in integrative hypnosis, NLP, and nervous system-based change work.
Specialized Training
Focused training and experience working with anxiety and nervous system regulation, phobias (including fear of flying), and habit change such as smoking and other automatic behaviors.
Mind-Body Integration
Training in approaches that work with both subconscious patterns and nervous system responses, allowing change to happen without needing to relive or analyze past experiences in depth.
Trauma-Informed Care
Sessions are guided with an emphasis on safety, pacing, and client autonomy, ensuring the work respects your individual experience at every step.
Advanced Training
Currently pursuing advanced certification with Kaz Riley, including Sexual Freedom work and additional specialization in menopause-focused hypnosis.
My Approach
Everything I do in a session is shaped by one question: what does this person actually need right now? Not what a textbook says. Not what worked for someone else. What will help you.
I Listen Before I Guide
Before any technique, I need to understand what your life actually feels like right now. What keeps you up at night. What you have already tried. What you are hoping for but maybe afraid to say out loud. That conversation shapes everything we do together - because the most powerful sessions come from truly knowing the person in front of me, not following a formula.
You Set the Pace
A lot of my clients come in carrying experiences that have made them guarded - and that makes complete sense. I will never push you somewhere you are not ready to go. We move at your speed, I check in often, and you are always fully in control during hypnosis. If something does not feel right, we stop and adjust. Building trust is not a step in the process. It is the process.
Evidence-Based, Personally Attuned
The techniques I use are grounded in how the subconscious mind actually works - how it holds onto fear, reinforces habits, and stores old beliefs that no longer serve you. But I also pay close attention to what is happening in the room: a shift in your breathing, a pause, a change in your voice. That combination of clinical training and personal attunement is what makes sessions feel both effective and genuinely yours.
The Whole Picture, Not Just the Symptom
Anxiety does not exist in isolation. Pain is never only physical. The thing that brought you here is connected to your sleep, your relationships, the way you talk to yourself, your history. I am not interested in putting a bandage on one symptom - I want to help you understand the pattern underneath so that the change you experience is real and lasting.

I am not interested in quick fixes or temporary relief. The work we do together is about building something durable - a quieter mind, a more trusting relationship with your own body, and a sense of inner freedom that does not disappear when life gets hard again.
